After years of successful management the property at the “Kaffeetrichter” in Erfurt was sold. Everest developed the distinctive office building to a secure asset, in which especially the state government and the city administration as anchor tenants could be tied and gradually expanded their space.
In partnership with Westport Capital Partners LLC Everest Management acquires the mix-used property “Sonnenhoefe” in Unterhaching for a purchase price in the medium double-digit million range, which is significantly under the replacement cost for the asset.
Everest takes on both, the asset and property management for 26.000 sqm of office space and the 4* Hotel Holiday Inn with its 257 rooms. We are planning comprehensive modernization measures for the early nineties building in order to reduce vacancy in the asset.
The Everest Management team is looking forward to this new and complex task and will focus on restructuring and increasing management efficiency in the asset.
After years of successful management of the object in Dresden with an area of 1.200 m², Everest could now conduct a successful sale.
Also in August 2015, Everest can claim the successful sale of an object of more than 3.000m²
Everest sold the with over 18,000m² scaled building to a family office on 20/8/2015. Previously, Everest had extended the leases with the existing tenants successfully , thus increasing the WALT significantly .
Everest leases 1.300 sqm in Wildparkstr. 7 in Chemnitz for more than 10 years to Medatixx. The lease represents one of the biggest office leases in Chemnitz in 2015.
