Everest Management GmbH and an international software developer agree on a new longterm lease contract in Hamburg- Bahrenfeld. The successful developer of online games leases more than 8.500 sqm with the option to expand. The tenant and Everest will both invest into the new lease areas and thereby increase the attractiveness of the location in Hamburg. Up to now, the leasing is one of the biggest in the region in 2014.
After successful letting, the object with a lettable area of 4.600 sqm was successfully sold to an international investor in August 2014.
Everest successfully sold an office building in Düsseldorf, Nördlicher Zubringer. The 8.500 sqm asset has formerly been leased by E-Plus and has now been sold to a private investor.
Everest sold the 9.500 sqm office and commercial asset after successfully repositioning to a local investor.
Everest Management launches its new website
In December, Everest closed the sale of a single tenant office building in Rhonestraße 2. The asset had been acquired in 2007 and been managed by Everest since then.
Everest is proud to announce that a long term 15 year lease agreement with the company Lavie has been signed. The tenant thereby expands its space to more than 8.200 sqm.
Everest Management GmbH successfully sells office building in Rosensteinstr. 9-19, Stuttgart. The asset had been acquired in shell condition as part of a portfolio deal in 2007 and has been completely refurbished and fully let in the meantime. The property with more than 9.000 sqm lettable space has been sold to an institutional investor in August 2013.
Everest Management signed a new lease contract for more than 2.600 sqm with Hewlett Packard in Hemmingen.
Everest Management successfully sold the asset to a German family office. Before selling, Everest managed to prolong the lease contract of the single tenant Daimler AG.
