Everest Management GmbH was founded in 2006 to provide investors with a partnership platform for value-creating real estate investments in Germany. As owner’s representatives, we advise investors on the identification of suitable properties, which we then manage throughout the investment cycle, up to the sale of the upgraded property. Our focus lies generally on work-intensive, so-called „value-add“ and „opportunity“propertie investments. Having a vast experience across real estate classes historically focus has been on commercial properties. Successful mastering the challenging years following the sub-prime crisis and the subsequent market upswing enables us to optimistically tackle the complexities of the coming 2020s.
Our management expertise is appreciated by institutional investors and family offices from Germany and abroad. Value-driving measures during the investment period form the core of our service.
From its Frankfurt office, the Everest team covers a wide array of services, with in-depth experience in leasing, property management, construction and refurbishment, transaction execution, corporate finance, and accounting.
Everest has managed over 500,000 sqm of rentable space and over 1,500 rentals in recent years, has invested over EUR 60 million in construction activities and has signed new leases for over 200,000 sqm.
Our investors see us as a „one-stop-shop“ with performance capability well beyond the typical Asset Management.
The focus on work-intensive, „value-add“ properties requires an intensive asset management approach and strict property management controlling for each property. Individual rental strategies, adapted construction and revitalization measures, cost control and a good relationship with existing tenants form the basis for value enhancement.
Only full control over the real estate property enables a successful investment. That is why we cover commercial property management in-house.
ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT
The co-operation with trusted construction and development partners enables the implementation of business plans that require a significant share of development and construction activity.
On investment level, we cover adequate budgeting, ongoing controlling as well as the cooperation with tax advisors and lenders.
CORPORATE FINANCE & GOVERNANCE
Everest takes on all transaction-related tasks, such as structuring and coordination of due diligence, contract negotiations, financing negotiations, coordination of legal and tax advisors.
If required, Everest can take over the administrative tasks of an acquisition structure as well as the management of special purpose vehicles (SPVs). We also monitor compliance with loan agreement clauses and serve as a point of contact for banks and other lenders.
The people behind Everest Management GmbH.
After a 10-year carrier in international Investment Banking Mr. Elvin Mayer founded the Everest Management GmbH together with Mr. von Hesler. He is responsible for new acquisitions and business plans for the managed properties.
In addition to the management of the company, his further focus is on financial structuring, the sales processes, and the management of external service providers.
Elvin Mayer holds a degree in business administration from the University of Frankfurt.
Benedict von Hesler
After a 10-year carrier in Investment Banking in Frankfurt and New York Mr. Benedict von Hesler founded Everest Management GmbH together with Mr. Mayer. Mr. von Hesler is also responsible for asset management, marketing and lender support. He is also overseeing new acquisitions and business plans for the managed properties.
Benedict von Hesler holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim.
